Sugar : A sweet crystallizable material, an active compound. Sugar is an important source of dietary carbohydrate and has great use as a sweetener and preservative of other foods. Michelle is exploring these benefits of sugar as well as the limitations of sweet childlike desire and the compulsion to consume throughout her work in this series we are deeply honored to partner with.
